Changes to VAT on orders from the European Union
We are very sorry but due to new European Union VAT regulations brought in on the 1st July 2021, import VAT, taxes or fees may be payable on receipt of any order placed from the EU. We are currently working on a way to charge extra VAT when you place your order, but until then please be aware that any customer ordering from the EU will be responsible for any import VAT, taxes or fees as a result of these new rules.
COVID-19 International Delivery Information
We continue to work hard to process and deliver all international orders. We will try and get your orders to you as soon as possible, however some delays can be expected. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, and althought the number of countries we can deliver to changes daily, most major export routes remain open, and we will continue to process and send out orders, although customers may experience varying levels of delay. Every order is important to us, so we’re working hard to keep any delays to a minimum. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
All our international orders are sent out using an International Standard delivery service.
All payments are to be made in GB pounds Sterling. All prices include UK VAT where applicable and will be shown on your receipt.
All international deliveries usually take about 7-10 working days, although delays should be expected due to the COVID-19 outbreak. If you have requested a signed copy delivery may take up to 4 weeks depending on Michael’s schedule.
Please be aware though, that not everything we sell is eligible for international delivery. If we are unable to deliver to where you are we will contact you immediately.
Tempory Air Carrier Supplement
Due to how the the current COVID-19 situation is affecting shipping across the world a Tempory Air Carrier Supplement has been added by Royal Mail to cover increasing freight costs. Unfortunately this means we have had to increase our international shipping prices to the Rest of the World and USA, but hopefully only on a temporary basis. All shipping prices to UK and EU destinations will remain the same.
For all items going to the ROW ZONE A (USA) the Tempory Air Carrier Supplement will be an extra £4.46 per kg.
For all items going to the ROW ZONE B the Tempory Air Carrier Supplement will be an extra £3.95 per kg.

ROW ZONE A (USA): USA only
Important Delivery Information: Some heavier or larger orders may incur extra shipping costs. If this is the case you will be contacted and asked whether you would like to pay the additional costs or cancel your order. If you are unsure or have any questions about this please contact us before you place your order.
Deliveries to Norway: If you are ordering from Norway, and the weight of your order is over 2kg, you may be asked for your PID number, and there may be an extra postage charge to pay.
Any returned items will be refunded. You will be notified as soon as the refund has been processed. If would like an exchange, you will need to place a new order.
